Replacement parts are quickly available
If you are so careless as to put the lid of the vitavit pressure cooker upside down on the hot stovetop and only realise from the pungent smell that you should not boil or fry the valve, then you simply need a replacement.
Ordering the replacement valve was easy to handle. All the necessary data is on the website, including illustrations. On the third day after ordering, the cooking valve arrived and was installed. No one had to go hungry ;-).
