Fissler coated pans feature premium non-stick coatings: ceramic coatings free of PFAS/PTFE and excellent, health-safe PTFE-based coatings. All Fissler pans are PFOA-free in accordance with EU Regulation No. 2019/1021.

For Fissler pans with high-quality non-stick coatings, we recommendKitchen utensils made of wood or siliconeTo ensure the coating lasts as long as possible, use appropriate utensils. The Adamant® pan series features a particularly scratch-resistant, water-based PTFE coating reinforced with silicon carbide particles. Even rounded metal kitchen utensils can be used with these pans.

Even with stainless steel pans, a pan protector can be used as a shock absorber between the individual products.

Fissler felt pan protectors offer maximum protection against scratches to the surface or non-stick coating. This allows pans, woks, and pots to be stacked safely and in a space-saving manner.

To preserve the non-stick coating for as long as possible, we recommend using a pan protector and kitchen utensils made of silicone or wood. To clean aluminum pans, simply wash them with warm water, a little dish soap, and a soft sponge.
