For heating food or reducing sauces

Casseroles

Saucepans are small pots with a comparatively large base area and high sides. They are especially suitable for reducing sauces. The long handle ensures easy and comfortable handling when stirring. Because of this characteristic feature, they are also called saucepans with a handle. You can also use saucepans to heat up food. This works best when you put on a matching lid. Even braised dishes can be prepared in an oven-safe saucepan with a lid.

The high-quality saucepans with handle from Fissler are made from up to 90% recycled 18/10 stainless steel and are the ideal choice if you are looking for a multifunctional pot that lets you easily reduce liquids.
