If you want to enjoy every meal consciously, you should think about cooking in a different direction: upwards. With the right Accessories, you can save a lot of energy — and not just on hobs with an induction cooktop. In the unperforated steamer insert, you can cook an additional dish with stock or sauce above the food that is prepared as normal in the induction-compatible Vitavit® Pressure Cooker. Because the closed base does not let any liquid through, each of the two dishes cooks as if in its own pot.
