Fissler's "next generation ceramic non-stick” technology features 40%* longer-lasting non-stick properties that allow easy cooking without sticking over a long period, even with delicate foods. The original Chinese wok shape is perfectly suited for roasts with its flat base, stir-fries due to the high rim and for soup & sauces because of its sufficient depth. During cooking, the handle ensures safe and comfortable handling, and after cooking, the ceramic non-stick coating makes clean-up a breeze, which saves valuable time in the kitchen. Made from recycled aluminum (up to 60%), the Fissler Ceratal® Orbit Black cookware range is responsibly crafted in Germany. Additionally, Ceratal® Orbit Black emits 14% lower CO2 emissions during the production process compared to conventional PTFE-coated cookware and lastly, the packaging as well as the user manual are made of recycled paper to help minimize the environmental impact.
