Right of withdrawal
Do you want to cancel your contract? You can do this easily and conveniently online. Please use our cancellation form for this purpose. Enter the required information and then confirm your cancellation. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation from us by email.
Have you already received your order or a shipping confirmation from us? Then you can create a return label in our returns portal up to 30 days after receiving the goods. Please send us an inquiry via our contact form.
Have you not yet received a shipping confirmation from us? Then you can cancel your order using the cancellation form below.
Only then, or together with the return, can the refund be processed accordingly.
How to cancel

- Submit your cancellation definitively
- You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email
- Our Customer Support will contact you with further information
Important to know: Your cancellation is only possible if a right of withdrawal exists for your contract and the cancellation period has not yet expired. Further information can be found in our Cancellation Policy. If you have already registered your return via our contact form, you do not need to submit an additional cancellation using this form.
