The pot is equipped with a removable perforated insert so you can lift the pasta straight out of the water without having to drain it. It also features an extra-high pot wall. This ensures that the pasta stays covered with water and cooks evenly. The extra-solid Lid made of 18/10 Stainless Steel keeps heat and moisture in the pot.
