High-quality pots from Fissler

Fissler stainless steel pots are made from high-quality materials . High-quality stainless steel (body, handles, lid, base capsule) and aluminum (disc in the base core) are used for production.

Stainless steel handles

Depending on the series, Fissler pots have different stainless steel handles:

• Stay-Cool metal handles (Original-Profi Collection® pots): The solidly crafted handles remain at a pleasantly usable temperature (<50°C) for an above-average time when used on a standard household stove. The heat-insulating transition between the pot body and the handle plate provides additional safety.
• Stainless steel handles with heat buffer (Bonn pot): Silicone rings reduce the transfer of heat from the pot body to the handles. This keeps the handles pleasantly cool even during prolonged use on the stove.

Stainless steel handles (Viseo® pot): The heat-conductive properties of stainless steel ensure that the handle temperature remains pleasantly cool at all times.

Plastic pot handles

Fissler pot handles are made of thermosetting plastics. These are particularly heat-resistant and do not melt even at high stove temperatures. 

In the Fissler Intensa® series, the plastic handles are protected by a stainless steel flame guard so they are also suitable for use on gas stoves.

Plastic handles are not suitable for use in the oven.

Original-Profi Collection® Pot 20 cm

The 20 cm pot is a multitalent and the most versatile version of the pot that should be found in every household. Fissler pots come in different sizes and diameters. They can be used for all types of preparation in the kitchen.

The Original-Profi Collection® is the most successful cookware series in the world. Made in Germany from up to 90% recycled stainless steel, pots and pans from this series are particularly durable and sustainable.

So that you are well-equipped for all types of preparation, the Original-Profi Collection® pots are available in different sizes:

• 16 cm
• 20 cm
• 24 cm
• 28 cm

With Fissler pots, you can cook a variety of dishes. They are suitable for, among other things: 

• small to medium-sized portions
• liquids such as soup
• pasta
• vegetables
• deep-frying (in larger pots)

Roasting pans are ideal for several cooking methods: Ingredients can first be seared on the stovetop and then braised in the oven with the lid closed. With a roasting pan, you can also:

• Steaming
• Fry
• Bake

Roasting pans have a larger volume. Thanks to the domed, high-sided lid with its condensation plus function, heat can circulate optimally. The ingredients are braised even more gently and remain succulent.

When sautéing in a sauté pan, the ingredientsbriefly and quickly seared. Sauces are also frequently prepared, reduced or whipped in a conical sauté pan.

Sautéing is a special form of quick frying in which small, thinly sliced ingredients are cooked uncovered at high temperatures of approximately 160-240 °C. Sauté pans were developed specifically for this purpose. Unlike a conventional frying pan, a sauté pan has a higher, slightly raised rim, making it ideal for tossing the ingredients.

Saucepans are suitable for warming and reducing sauces and for preparing...small dishesIt is used especially for sauces, creams, and porridges. A characteristic feature is the long handle. This ensures safe and comfortable handling while stirring: you hold the handle with one hand, while the other hand is free for the cooking spoon, whisk, and other kitchen utensils.

The Fissler Multistar pot features aremovable, perforated sieve insertand has an extra high pot wall.

The Multistar is ideal for all ingredients that are cooked in water. Thanks to the strainer insert, you can avoid the cumbersome task of draining the cooking water over the sink, as the strainer insert allows you to safely and easily lift the ingredients out of the hot water.

The Multistar is perfect for preparing pasta, potatoes and delicate vegetables such as asparagus.

Fissler Multistar – the pot for flavoring: With the help of the sieve insert, you can effortlessly flavor your ingredients. Simply place a sprig of sage in the salted, boiling water. Then place the ravioli in the sieve insert and place the insert in the flavored water. Perfect!

The tightly sealing lid with Condensate Plus function keeps heat and moisture inside the pot.

The 5-piece Fissler cookware sets consist of three saucepans (16, 20, 24 cm) and a roasting pan (20 cm) with either a glass or stainless steel lid. They also include a saucepan (16 cm).

Fissler pots and pans made of 18/10 stainless steel are particularlyrobust, easy to care for and durableCleaning in the dishwasher is generally possible, however, we recommend hand washing for some types of soiling and immediately after unpacking.

Remove burnt-on residue by wiping the pot withsoak in water and dish soapand bring it to a boil briefly. Then you can wipe the cooled pot with a sponge and rinse it with clean water.

Additionally, we recommend Fissler stainless steel care and stainless steel cleaner for gentle, scratch-resistant cleaning and polishing.
