Energy efficient and safe

Induction pans

Fissler pans from the Original-Profi Collection®, the Adamant® series, Levital®+, Ceratal®, Pure Collection and Cenit® are suitable for induction. Combined with the Fissler CookStar® base, they are especially energy-efficient and ensure optimal heat distribution.

On induction hobs, Fissler pans can really show their strengths: they heat up quickly and evenly and respond directly to temperature changes. Another advantage of induction hobs is that they heat cookware inductively. The hob surface itself stays relatively cool.

Fissler pans: The ideal choice for induction hobs

How does induction work?

How does an induction hob work?

Unlike ceramic glass cooktops, induction hobs have copper wire induction coils. These generate electromagnetic fields, which are converted into heat in the base of the cookware.

For you, this means: less risk of burns – because the surface of the hob doesn't get as hot. Since the stove doesn't need to be preheated, you also save energy – and valuable time.
