Strawberry dumplings with quark

Ingredients
| 400g | Quark |
| 10 slices of crustless toast (100g) | |
| 2 eggs | |
| 1 | Egg yolk |
| 40g | Butter |
| 30g | Icing sugar |
| Vanilla bean pulp | |
| 1 | Lemon |
| 1 | Orange |
| Pinch of salt | |
| 1 tbsp | sugar |
| Strawberries | |
| Vanilla sauce |
Instructions
Step 1 of 7:
Squeeze 400g of quark.
Step 2 of 7:
Cut the slices of toast without crusts into small cubes.
Step 3 of 7:
Beat eggs, egg yolks, butter & powdered sugar until fluffy.
Step 4 of 7:
Add quark, toast & the pulp of a vanilla bean and mix, let rest for 1 hour.
Step 5 of 7:
Peel 1 lemon and 1 orange each, let steep in hot water for 15 minutes with a pinch of salt, sugar, and the scraped vanilla bean.
Step 6 of 7:
Form 12 dumplings from the dough and strawberries, let steep in hot water for 8 minutes.
Step 7 of 7:
Enjoy with vanilla sauce.
