Ingredients
| 100 g | smoked salmon, sliced |
| 2 small bunches of dill | |
| 1 small | yellow bell pepper (alternatively: dried tomatoes) |
| 200 g | Cream cheese |
| 3 tbsp | sour cream |
| 3 tbsp | milk |
| 1 heaped tablespoon of Dijon mustard | |
| 1 tbsp | Acacia honey |
| Salt | |
| Pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 3:
Finely dice the salmon. Wash the dill, spin it dry in the Fissler Finecut®, then chop the dill tips in it with the chopping insert. Then remove.
Step 2 of 3:
Wash the bell pepper, halve it, and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into very coarse pieces and chop in the Finecut®.
Step 3 of 3:
Stir together the cream cheese with sour cream, milk, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper, e.g. using the Finecut® Mix insert. Stir in 2/3 each of the dill and bell pepper with the salmon into the cream cheese mixture. Season the mixture, place it in a small bowl, and sprinkle with the remaining dill and diced bell pepper.
Serve with fresh whole grain bread. Also suitable as a delicious party snack with a Scandinavian flair on crispbread or crackers.
