Onepotpasta tomato mozzarella basil

Ingredients
| 80g- 250g | Pasta |
| 250ml | Cremefine/Cream |
| 500ml | passata |
| 400ml | Vegetable broth |
| 200g | Cherry tomatoes |
| 1-2 | Mozzarella balls |
| A handful of basil leaves | |
| Salt and pepper | |
| 1/2 tsp | sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | Garlic granules |
| 1 tsp | Italian herbs |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Bring vegetable broth, strained tomatoes, Cremefine, and spices to a boil.
Step 2 of 5:
Stir in pasta, put on the lid, and simmer over medium heat for as many minutes as indicated on the package.
Step 3 of 5:
Meanwhile, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the mozzarella into small pieces, and pick the basil leaves, tearing the larger ones slightly. Stir occasionally 1-2 times in between.
Step 4 of 5:
After cooking, taste once to check if the pasta is al dente, then add tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, and stir.
Step 5 of 5:
Let it steep for 2-3 minutes and season again. Then serve.
