Fried mie noodles

Ingredients
| 125 g | Mie noodles |
| 1 large carrot | |
| 1 tsp | oil |
| 50ml | Soy sauce |
| 50ml | Water |
| 1 clove of garlic | |
| 1 tsp | brown sugar |
| 2 | Eggs |
Instructions
Step 1 of 7:
Soak rice noodles in boiling water.
Step 2 of 7:
Meanwhile, peel the carrot and cut into thin strips.
Step 3 of 7:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the carrot strips in it.
Step 4 of 7:
Press garlic and mix with soy sauce and water.
Step 5 of 7:
Add to the carrots along with the sugar and let simmer briefly.
Step 6 of 7:
Drain the noodles and mix them in. Push some aside, fry the eggs, and combine with the rest.
Step 7 of 7:
Top with spring onions or sesame seeds as desired and serve.
