Fried mie noodles
Today we have a delicious recipe from @experimenteausmeinerkueche for you - fried Mie noodles. The dish was prepared with our Adamant® Comfort Frying Pan.

Ingredients
| 125 g | Mie noodles |
| 1 large carrot | |
| 1 tsp | oil |
| 50ml | Soy sauce |
| 50ml | Water |
| 1 clove of garlic | |
| 1 tsp | brown sugar |
| 2 | Eggs |
Instructions
Step 1 of 7:
Soak the mie noodles in boiling water.
Step 2 of 7:
Meanwhile, peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips.
Step 3 of 7:
Heat oil in the Frying Pan and fry the carrot strips in it.
Step 4 of 7:
Crush the garlic and mix it with soy sauce and water.
Step 5 of 7:
Add to the carrots together with the sugar and simmer briefly.
Step 6 of 7:
Drain the noodles and mix them in. Push some to one side, fry the eggs, and combine with the rest.
Step 7 of 7:
Top with spring onion or sesame seeds as desired and serve.
