Farmer's breakfast
Today we're having farmer's breakfast à la @tinastausendschoen from the Ceratal® Comfort.
The ceramic coating of the Ceratal® Comfort pan is not only visually stunning, but also boasts excellent non-stick properties. The Ceratal® pan is PFAS/PTFE free and sustainably manufactured in Germany using up to 60% recycled aluminum. It is suitable for both gentle and crispy frying and is compatible with all stovetops.

Ingredients
| 600 g | Boiled potatoes, firm-cooking - from the previous day |
| Salt, pepper | |
| 2 | Onions |
| 100 | Speck, streaky |
| 2 tbsp | clarified butter |
| 2 eggs | |
| Cornichons | |
| thin slices of South Tyrolean speck | |
| Chives |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Slice the potatoes. Heat a pan with a little clarified butter and fry the potato slices in portions (only one layer at a time).
Step 2 of 4:
Peel and dice the onions, cut the bacon into coarse strips, and add to the last portion of potatoes. Roast together, then add the remaining potatoes back. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3 of 4:
Fry the eggs in a separate pan and then place them on top of the potatoes in the pan.
Step 4 of 4:
Garnish with cornichons, thinly sliced bacon, and chives, and serve immediately.
