Creamy ribbon pasta with pork tenderloin

Ingredients
| 200 g | Ribbon noodles |
| 300 g | Pork tenderloin |
| 250 ml | Cream or cream substitute |
| 1 good ladle of pasta water | |
| 1 level teaspoon of salt | |
| 1 good pinch | freshly ground black pepper |
| 2 tsp | dried herbs of Provence |
| Optional | a few fresh herbs, here chives |
| Some oil for frying |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cut pork tenderloin into strips.
Step 2 of 5:
Start cooking the pasta in salted water.
Step 3 of 5:
Meanwhile, heat the oil in the pan, sear the pork tenderloin on all sides, and season.
Step 4 of 5:
Deglaze with cream & pasta water and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Optionally, add fresh herbs.
Step 5 of 5:
Stir in the finished pasta and enjoy.
