Terms and Conditions of Participation for the Giveaway

These terms and conditions of participation ("T&Cs") apply to the "180th Anniversary Special" prize draw on 28.12.2025 by Fissler GmbH ("Fissler") between the participants in this promotion and Fissler. By entering this prize draw, participants agree to these T&Cs.

Eligible participants:

• Any natural person aged 18 or over and resident in Germany is eligible to participate.
  
  

Participation in the giveaway:

• The giveaway on the Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/fissler_de/ starts on Sunday, 28/12/2025 at 10:00 a.m. and ends on Sunday, 11/01/2026 at 11:59 p.m.
• Participation takes place by:
  • Entering your details in the registration form provided on our giveaway page.
    Providing a valid email address is required. 
    Participation is free of charge and does not depend on the purchase of a product. 
    Following our Instagram account @fissler_de and tagging another person are voluntary additional actions and are not required for participation or to increase your chances of winning.
• Only participants who still meet all of the above conditions both at the end of the giveaway and at the time of the draw can be considered in the winner selection.
• Comments that violate Instagram guidelines, applicable law in Germany and/or copyright law, are defamatory, obscene, harmful, offensive or otherwise inappropriate in any way, or infringe the rights of third parties or advertise or promote third-party goods and services, will be removed without notice once identified. The participant will then be excluded from winning.
• Participation is only possible if all information required to carry out the campaign is provided completely and truthfully and these T&Cs are accepted.
• By participating in the giveaway, the participant confirms that all information provided is complete and correct.
  
   

  Exclusion from the giveaway:

• Employees of Fissler and employees of companies commissioned to conduct the respective prize draw, as well as their first- and second-degree relatives (e.g. parents, siblings, children), may participate but are excluded from the prize draw.
• In the event of a breach of these T&Cs, Fissler reserves the right to exclude persons from the prize draw.
• Persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. In such cases, prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively.
• Anyone who provides false personal information may be excluded from the giveaway.
  
  

  
  

Winner selection/prizes:

• Three winners will be selected at random from all participants who meet the participation requirements.
• The prize:
  • A Vitavit® Premium Pressure Cooker 6 Liter (622-412-06-070/0) incl. the book "The World of Pressure Cooking" (600-000-00-000/0),
  • an Original-Profi Collection® 5-piece Cookware Set with Saucepan (084-128-05-000/0)
  • an Original-Profi Collection® Frying Pan (084-378-28-100/0) & a Ceratal® Ceratal® Comfort Frying Pan (159-220-28-100/0)
• Communication will take place by email: digitalsupport@fissler.com
• The feedback process follows the same method.
• Non-cash prizes cannot be paid out in cash
• The claim to the prize or a substitute prize cannot be assigned.
  
  

Winner notification, winner confirmation and shipping:

• The winners will be drawn on Monday, 12/01/2026 and informed of their win by email.
• The winners must reply to this email within 5 working days, confirm acceptance of the prize and provide their full postal address. By providing the address, the participant confirms that all information is complete and correct.
• If the email cannot be delivered or no response is received within the 5 working day period, the claim to the prize will expire.
• In this case, Fissler reserves the right to designate replacement winners and contact them accordingly by email
• The prize will be shipped within 10 days after the address has been provided.
• If the prize cannot be sent to the winner due to circumstances for which the winner, and not Fissler, is responsible (e.g. providing the wrong home address o.ae.), the claim to delivery is forfeited.
• Complaints relating to the conduct of the prize draw must be submitted in writing to Fissler within 14 days of becoming aware of the reason, stating the prize draw concerned. Complaints communicated by telephone or submitted late will not be processed.
  

Breach of the T&Cs:

• In the event of a breach of the T&Cs, Fissler reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw.
• Prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed by Fissler if the participant is excluded.
• Participants are obliged to indemnify Fissler and its vicarious agents against all third-party claims arising from the participant's unlawful or breach-of-contract conduct in connection with participation in the prize draw. The indemnity also includes reimbursement of costs incurred or to be incurred by Fissler for necessary legal action/defence. Participants must inform Fissler immediately if they become aware that such a breach may be imminent. Participants warrant that all data provided in their entry is true and correct.
  

Early termination of the giveaway or changes to the terms of use:

• Fissler reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. Fissler will exercise this right in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper conduct of the game cannot be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, Fissler may demand compensation from that person for the damage incurred.
• These terms of use may be amended by Fissler at any time without separate notification. 
  
  

Data protection information and consent:

The following privacy notices apply to participants in the prize draw regarding the use of their personal data by Fissler in conducting and administering the prize draw:

• When collecting, processing and using participants' personal data, Fissler complies with the applicable data protection regulations and, as a rule, uses this data only for the provision, conduct and administration of the prize draw. The data will then be deleted unless the organiser's rights or obligations to retain data prevent deletion. Further information on data protection, in particular on data subject rights, as well as on the possibility of any objection:
• Personal data will be deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
• Fissler takes appropriate security measures, in particular contractual, organisational and technical measures, to ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations and, in particular, to protect participants' personal data against accidental or unintended alteration, loss, destruction and unauthorised access.
• Participants are free at any time to request information about the use of their personal data and to withdraw their consent to the use and storage of their personal data at any time without giving reasons. To do so, simply send an informal email to service@fissler.com. In the same way, they can also request deletion, blocking, or correction of the data.
• In the event of a withdrawal, the participant's personal data will be deleted from the database without delay. The withdrawal and the completed deletion of the participant's personal data will be confirmed by email upon request. If the withdrawal takes place before the giveaway has been processed, further participation in the giveaway is excluded.

Liability:

• Fissler GmbH is released from all obligations upon redemption of the prize, unless an earlier point in time already arises from these provisions.
• Fissler GmbH shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by Fissler GmbH, its legal representatives, senior employees, or other vicarious agents.
• Fissler GmbH is also liable in accordance with the statutory provisions in the event of the assumption of guarantees or any other strict liability, as well as for claims under the Product Liability Act or in the event of culpable injury to life, body, or health.
• Fissler GmbH is liable in principle for slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations caused by it, its representatives, executive employees, and ordinary vicarious agents, i.e. obligations on whose fulfilment the participant regularly relies and may rely for the proper performance of the contract; in this case, however, liability is limited in amount to the typically occurring, foreseeable damage.
• The limitation of liability above also applies in particular to damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in the transmission of data or ae., disruptions to the technical systems or the service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, and viruses.

Release of liability for Instagram/Meta

• This campaign is in no way connected to Instagram/Meta and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram/Meta. Participants hereby release Instagram/Meta from all claims and liabilities that could arise in connection with the promotion.

Miscellaneous:

• Legal recourse is excluded.
• The giveaways and these T&Cs are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
• Should any individual provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms of use.

These T&Cs may be amended by Fissler GmbH at any time without separate notice.
