It is very important to us to say thank you – for everything we have achieved together over the past years. The festival not only offers an opportunity to celebrate our successes and introduce the company to your families, but also provides a space for meeting, exchanging ideas, and sharing experiences.

This is what you can expect on site
Factory tours
Five guided factory tours, each lasting approximately 30 minutes, offer exclusive insights into our production. Each tour is limited to a maximum of 25 people to ensure everyone can clearly follow the manufacturing process. The aim of these tours is to create transparency and strengthen understanding of and connection to our company.
Start times: 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM
Please sign up early on the lists at the entrance to the festival grounds – places are limited. The paths within the factory are only partially suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. Participation is only recommended for those with good mobility. Please carry small children.
Training workshop
At the technical training center, young people aged 12 and up gain practical insights into vocational training at Fissler. During the workshop tour, you'll learn about typical tasks performed by our trainees and can try out your own manual skills on real workpieces at hands-on stations.
Start times: 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM
In the adjacent training room, our instructors and trainees will give you helpful tips on applying and starting your apprenticeship. Take the opportunity to ask questions and gather initial impressions for your professional future.
Bike Leasing
As part of the family summer festival, you can find out all about company bike leasing at the information booth of our partner B-Site. Experts will answer all your questions about model selection, contract terms, monthly payments, and what happens at the end of the lease term.
On a specially designed test track, you can try out high-quality e-bikes, mountain bikes, and trekking bikes and find out which bike suits you best. Come along and experience sustainable mobility firsthand!

AOK health services
As part of the family summer festival, AOK – The Health Insurance Fund offers exciting hands-on activities focused on movement, coordination, and fitness. At the AOK stand, you can get active yourself and try new things – whether as a sporting challenge or simply for fun.
Here's what you can expect:
- T-Wall: Train coordination, endurance, speed and agility on a digital reaction wall.
- Health Flyer ICAROS: Immerse yourself in a virtual flight experience with VR glasses and activate different muscle groups through targeted weight shifting.
Opening hours: 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Family & children's offers
The family summer festival is an experience for young and old. Our little guests can look forward to exciting activities such as a Bobby Car and pedal kart track.
Games and sports provide variety:
From the survival course and relaxed billiards to table football matches and tournaments, there's something for everyone. The children's area as well as breastfeeding and diaper-changing zones are marked on the site map.

Parking options on the factory premises:
Parking spaces P1 and P2 are marked on the site plan.
Parking attendants are on site – please follow their instructions.

Do you still have questions about our summer festival? Here you'll find answers to frequently asked questions such as weather, lost and found items, working hours, and much more.
Do I need to bring my company ID?
Yes. Please bring your company ID card with you for registration/accreditation on site. It does not need to be worn visibly, but is necessary for registration.
Do family members need to be registered?
Yes. All accompanying persons, including family members, must also be registered via the registration form. This is important for safety and organization on site.
Can I still register or deregister spontaneously?
Yes. Registration and deregistration are possible even at short notice via the following link: https://forms.office.com/e/4ENF2Fs9J1
Important: When deregistering , other points such as vacation or flextime must be taken into account – see next point.
I am an employee. What do I need to know about working hours?
The company will be closed on the day of the event. Permanent employees of the Fissler Group will be paid for their participation as a regular workday. Temporary staff, interim staff, and consultants are cordially invited, however, no payment will be provided by Fissler. Those unable to attend must use vacation time or flex time. Further information regarding time tracking and travel expenses will follow.
How can I register for a factory tour?
Registration takes place on-site via lists at the entrance to the festival grounds. Advance registration is not possible. Each tour is limited to 25 people – please sign up early.
Important instructions:
- Participation is only recommended for those with good mobility.
- The paths are only partially suitable for strollers or wheelchairs.
- Please carry small children
- Sturdy footwear required
- During the summer festival, production is halted – however, key production steps are clearly explained using screens.
Are there vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options?
Yes. There will be a diverse selection of food – something for everyone.
What happens in bad weather?
The festival is partially weatherproof thanks to a marquee and several pavilions. In case of heavy rain, individual program items may be cancelled. The festival may be cancelled at short notice in the event of an official severe weather warning.
Are all entrances accessible?
Yes. The site is accessible for people with disabilities.
Please note: For safety reasons, the factory tour is only partially accessible.
How do I find my way around the site?
A site map showing all stations, activities, and landmarks can be found further up this page in the section "The Festival Grounds at a Glance." The event page with the map will be shared in advance on the intranet and will also be accessible via QR code on the day of the event – so you have all the information conveniently on your phone. Site maps will also be prominently displayed throughout the festival grounds.
Are there changing or breastfeeding facilities?
Yes. The breastfeeding and diaper-changing zones are marked on the site plan and signposted on site.
Where can I park?
Details on how to get here and where to park can be found in the section “ Getting Here & Parking” further up on the page.
Is there a lost and found office?
Yes. Please contact the gate at the entrance if you have lost any items – our colleagues there will help you.
How are photos and videos handled?
Photos will be taken during the family summer festival for documentation and use in company communications (e.g., on Connect or social media). By registering, you agree that photos in which you may appear may be used.
If you do not agree, you can actively object at any time – simply send an email to events@fissler.com . Important: No photos or videos may be taken during the factory tours.
Am I allowed to take photos or videos myself?
Yes. Taking your own photos or videos during the event is permitted.
Is first aid available on site?
Yes. A first aid station is located right at the entrance by the gate.
Who can help with questions or problems on site?
An organizing team will be available throughout the event – you can recognize them by their red vests.

Are there any rules of conduct?
The summer party is a voluntary, informal gathering. Mutual respect and appreciation are paramount. Alcohol consumption should be moderate and responsible.
What else is important?
Good spirits, openness, and teamwork make the celebration truly wonderful. If you are ill, please stay home – thank you for your understanding!
