Coated pans

Coated pans are an essential part of any kitchen. Thanks to their non-stick properties, nothing sticks or burns. The water-based non-stick coatings of Fissler pans, made in Germany, also make washing up particularly easy.

Cast iron pans

Coated aluminium pans are ideal for gently cooking and crisp-frying delicate foods without anything sticking. But there are differences here too, as non-stick coatings can be made from various materials.

The most popular is the classic coating made from polytetrafluoroethylene, or PTFE for short. Ceramic pans, on the other hand, are made without the use of PFAS (per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances) or PTFE. Fissler ceramic pans also feature a ceramic coating free from PFAS/PTFE.
