Ceramic Pan Review: Ceratal® Comfort Wins German Innovation Award

The Ceratal® Comfort Frying Pan combines gentle and crispy frying with long-lasting non-stick performance. Thanks to the water-based Ceramic Coating, made without PFAS/PTFE, every dish turns out effortlessly and without sticking.

In 2022, the Ceratal® Comfort impressed the jury of the German Innovation Awards and received the award in the “Excellence in Business to Consumer” category. Adamant® Wok Pan: Special Mention Award

The Adamant® Wok was recognized by the jury of the German Innovation Awards for its outstanding benefits: it combines a very good non-stick effect with exceptional scratch resistance.

Thanks to the coating’s excellent heat conductivity, the heat is transferred particularly directly to the food, making both gentle cooking and crispy searing without sticking possible. Combined with the original Chinese Wok shape, this all-rounder is therefore ideal for traditional Chinese cuisine: from roasting shellfish or vegetables to Chinese noodle dishes. The jury honored this special design detail in 2022 with the distinction “Special Mention”.

Testsieger pans rated "Very Good" by ETM Testmagazin

Three Fissler Frying Pans were awarded the top rating of “Very good” by ETM Testmagazin, confirming the brand’s high quality and performance. The Ceratal® Comfort Frying Pan received a “Very good” rating in the test (01/2025). A total of five ceramic-coated Frying Pans were tested.

This is complemented by the Adamant® Premium Frying Pan (12/2021) as well as the Adamant® Wok (11/2022), which were also rated “Very good”. This means we offer products for everyone who cooks consciously and values tested quality.

Red Dot Design Award Winner

No fewer than three Fissler products impressed the jury of the prestigious Red Dot Design Award: the Vitavit® Premium Pressure Cooker, the Ceratal® Comfort Frying Pan, and the Original-Profi Collection® were all honoured in the “Product Design” category.
