Ceramic Pan Review: Ceratal® Comfort Wins German Innovation Award

The Ceratal® Comfort pan combines gentle and crispy frying with durable non-stick properties. Thanks to the water-based ceramic coating, made without PFAS/PTFE, every dish succeeds effortlessly and without sticking.

In 2022, the Ceratal® Comfort convinced the jury of the German Innovation Award and received the award in the "Excellence in Business to Consumer" category. Adamant® Wok Pan: Special Mention Award

The Adamant® Wok was awarded by the German Innovation Award jury for its special benefits: it combines a very good non-stick effect with exceptional scratch resistance.

Thanks to the coating's excellent thermal conductivity, heat is transferred directly to the food, allowing for both gentle cooking and crispy searing without sticking. Combined with the original Chinese wok shape, this multi-talent is ideal for traditional Chinese cuisine: from searing shellfish or vegetables to Chinese noodle dishes. Testsieger pans rated "Very Good" by ETM Testmagazin

Three Fissler pans received the top rating "Very Good" in the ETM Testmagazin, confirming the brand's high quality and performance. The Ceratal® Comfort Pan received a "Very Good" rating in the test (01/2025). A total of five ceramic-coated pans were tested.

This is complemented by the Adamant® Premium Pan (12/2021) and the Adamant® Wok (11/2022), which also received "Very Good" ratings. This means we offer products for everyone who cooks consciously and values tested quality.

Three Fissler products impressed the jury of the renowned Red Dot Design Award: the Vitavit® Premium Pressure Cooker, the Ceratal® Comfort Pan, and the Original-Profi Collection® were honored in the "Product Design" category.
