Non-stick coatings of the highest Fissler quality

Fissler coated pans, made in Germany, are made from up to 60% recycled aluminum and feature water-based, exceptionally durable non-stick coatings with excellent non-stick properties. They are manufactured as sustainably as possible in the state-of-the-art production facility in Rhineland-Palatinate.

Pans with First-Class Non-Stick Coating – Made in Germany

Fissler coated pans feature first-class non-stick coatings. These consist of the following materials:

Ceramic coating made without PFAS/PTFE
Excellent, health-safe PTFE-based coatings
In accordance with EU Regulation No. 2019/1021, all Fissler pans are PFOA-free.

As one of the first manufacturers, Fissler has completely switched pan production in Germany to water-based coatings. The premium brand from Rhineland-Palatinate thus meets increased health awareness. The investments in a new production facility reduce CO₂ emissions annually by approx. 70%.

At Fissler, you can choose from four different pan bodies (Premium, Comfort, Classic, and Sauté Pan) as well as three water-based non-stick coatings and robust stainless steel pans.

How to fry correctly with coated pans

Using coated cookware issafe and especially comfortableNothing sticks in Fissler pans with a non-stick coating. To ensure thelifea coated panextend, there are a few tips and tricks to keep in mind:

We recommend using kitchen utensils made of silicone or wood.
Do not put sharp objects like forks and knives into the pan.
Be careful not to overheat the empty pan to avoid damage.
The liquid should never evaporate completely. Otherwise, food residue can easily burn and damage the non-stick coating.
Make sure beforehand that your pan is suitable for use in the oven.

Clean properly

The correct cleaning method for coated pans

Thanks to the excellent Fissler non-stick coating, simply wiping the pan with kitchen paper is sufficient. Wash the pan withwarm water, a drop of dish soapand asoft spongeto remove grease and cooking residue.

Pans with a non-stick coating are dishwasher safe. Fissler recommends hand washing, as the detergents in dishwashers can impair the non-stick properties.
