Vegetable stir-fry with vegetarian Maultaschen (filled pasta pockets)

Ingredients
| 6 | vegetarian Maultaschen (approx. 360g) |
| 50g | Peas |
| 1 | red onion |
| 1 | small broccoli |
| 50g | Young spinach leaves |
| 100g | Cherry tomatoes |
| 200ml | Vegetable stock |
| 250ml | Cream |
| Some butter |
Instructions
Step 1 of 7:
Finely dice the onion and sauté it in a pan with a little butter.
Step 2 of 7:
Halve the Maultaschen and pan-fry them until golden brown.
Step 3 of 7:
Halve the tomatoes, add them to the pan, and sauté briefly. Deglaze with vegetable broth and add the cream.
Step 4 of 7:
Cook the broccoli in boiling water until al dente.
Step 5 of 7:
Add the peas and spinach to the pan and simmer everything briefly again over medium heat.
Step 6 of 7:
Divide the broccoli into small florets and add them to the other vegetables.
Step 7 of 7:
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
