Today we have a fresh and fruity salad recipe for you - summer salad by @beahyggespreder. This dish was prepared in our Levital® Comfort Frying Pan.

Ingredients

| 3 EL | Körner nach Wahl (Sesam, Sonnenblumenkerne ect.) |

| 2 EL | Ahornsyrup |

Instructions
Step 1 of 7:
Wash the lettuce, fruit, and vegetables, cut the peaches into wedges, and heat a Frying Pan at the same time.
Step 2 of 7:
I use the Levital®+ Comfort Frying Pan because the Non-Stick Coating lets me fry gently and with little fat.
Step 3 of 7:
Now add the seeds to the hot Frying Pan, toast briefly, and add 1 tbsp. maple syrup. Continue frying until the seeds are caramelized. Then leave the seeds to cool on a plate.
Step 4 of 7:
Now fry the peaches in the still-hot Frying Pan, then add the tomatoes whole.
Step 5 of 7:
Plate the salad, arrange the peaches and tomatoes, and tear the burrata over the top.
Step 6 of 7:
For the dressing, mix 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. maple syrup, garlic salt, and chilli flakes, and drizzle over the salad.
Step 7 of 7:
Finally, scatter over the crunchy caramelized seeds and enjoy!
