Ingredients
| Wild herb salad | |
| A bunch of small tomatoes | |
| 1 | Burrata |
| 2 | Peaches |
| 3 tbsp | Seeds of your choice (sesame, sunflower seeds, etc.) |
| 2 tbsp | vinegar |
| 2 tbsp | Maple syrup |
| Chili flakes | |
| Garlic salt |
Instructions
Step 1 of 7:
Wash the salad, fruit, and vegetables, cut the peaches into wedges, and heat a pan at the same time.
Step 2 of 7:
I'm using the Levital®+ Comfort pan because the non-stick coating allows me to fry gently and with less fat.
Step 3 of 7:
Now add the seeds to the hot pan, toast briefly, and add 1 tbsp maple syrup. Continue frying until the seeds are caramelized. Then let the seeds cool on a plate.
Step 4 of 7:
Now fry the peaches in the still-hot pan, then add the whole tomatoes.
Step 5 of 7:
Arrange the salad, distribute the peaches and tomatoes, and tear the burrata.
Step 6 of 7:
For the dressing, mix 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp maple syrup, garlic salt, and chili flakes, and pour over the salad.
Step 7 of 7:
Finally, distribute the now crispy-caramelized seeds and enjoy!
