Ingredients

| 4 | large bell peppers |
| 1 | Onion |

| A little parsley, salt, pepper, tomato paste, paprika powder | |

| 500 ml | Vegetable broth |
| 1 can of chopped tomatoes |
Instructions
Step 1 of 9:
Wash and core the bell peppers.
Step 2 of 9:
Chop the parsley, onion, and garlic. Mix in a bowl with the ground meat, rice, tomato paste, and egg.
Step 3 of 9:
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
Step 4 of 9:
Pour the vegetable broth and chopped tomatoes into the pressure cooker.
Step 5 of 9:
Fill the bell pepper halves with the mixture.
Step 6 of 9:
Place the stuffed bell peppers into the pressure cooker as well.
Step 7 of 9:
Close the pressure cooker with the lid. Set cooking level to 2. Once the yellow ring appears, reduce the heat. When the green ring appears, the cooking time of 20 minutes begins.
Step 8 of 9:
Remove the pressure cooker from the heat and let it steam out.
Step 9 of 9:
Remove the bell peppers from the pot and serve the broth from the peppers and tomatoes as a sauce. Thicken if necessary.
