Sticky rice with mango

Ingredients
| 200 g | Sticky rice |
| 250 ml | Coconut milk |
| some | salt |
| 60 g | Sugar |
| 1 | large ripe mango |
| 1 | Lemon, juice of it |
| 30 g | toasted coconut flakes |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then drain. Add the rice with half of the coconut milk, salt, and 250 ml of water to the pressure cooker.
Step 2 of 4:
Close the pot and cook the rice on the lowest setting (cooking crown: level 1, cooking indicator: 1st ring) for 15 minutes.
Step 3 of 4:
Stir the remaining coconut milk with the sugar. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit, divide into larger pieces, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 4 of 4:
Remove the pot from the heat source, let it stand for approx. 5 minutes, then release the steam and open. Stir in the sweetened coconut milk. Taste the sticky rice, divide into bowls, top with mango and shredded coconut, and serve.
