Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Season the beef tenderloin with salt and black pepper.
Step 2 of 4:
Heat olive oil and thyme in the Original-Profi Collection® Pan over high heat and sear the beef.
Step 3 of 4:
When both sides of the beef are brown, add garlic and butter to the pan. Reduce heat to medium and add shrimp to cook. Then sear the romaine lettuce over the same heat.
Step 4 of 4:
Arrange the beef, shrimp, and romaine lettuce on a plate and drizzle with lemon. Garnish with peppercorns and feta cheese.
Fissler Pro Tips:
- Add a little oil to the butter when searing the beef so the butter doesn't burn as easily.
- Since the beef is very thick, the shrimp should only be added after the beef has finished cooking to achieve a balanced level of doneness.
