Spätzle pan with paprika cream sauce

Ingredients
| 800g | Chicken strips |
| 1 tsp | oil |
| 1 - 2 tsp | sweet peppers |
| 1 tsp | Italian chicken seasoning |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 2 | Peppers |
| 2 tbsp | tomato paste |
| 250ml | Water |
| 250ml | Cream (here: cream substitute with 7% fat) |
| 500g | Spätzle from the refrigerated section |
| Salt, pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Heat oil in a large pan and sear the meat on high heat, then season.
Step 2 of 5:
Wash the bell peppers, cut into strips, and add to the chicken. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3 of 5:
Add tomato paste and sauté briefly. Deglaze with water and cream, and bring to a boil.
Step 4 of 5:
Add fresh Spätzle and stir in well. Simmer until the bell peppers have the desired tenderness.
Step 5 of 5:
Season again with salt and pepper, and serve.
