Today we have a new recipe from @sandraskochblog for you: Schupfnudel and minced meat skillet from the Ceratal® Comfort .

Ingredients

500 g Spaghetti from the refrigerated section
250 g Minced beef
1 good pinch of salt & pepper
3 tbsp tomato paste
250 g cream or cream substitute
1 good handful of halved cherry tomatoes
75 g grated cheese
3-4 sprigs chopped basil
A little oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1 of 4:

 

Fry the Schupfnudeln (potato noodles) in a little oil on all sides until they get some color. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 2 of 4:

 

Brown the ground meat until crumbly and season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly.

Step 3 of 4:

 

Then stir in the cream and add the halved cherry tomatoes.

Step 4 of 4:

 

Return the Schupfnudeln to the pan, let everything simmer gently for 2 more minutes, and top with cheese and basil before serving.
