Rice noodle stir-fry with peppers and chicken

Ingredients
| 250 g | rice noodles |
| 250 g | chicken breast (cut into strips) |
| 1 | red bell pepper (finely diced) |
| 1 | level tsp salt |
| 2 | heaped tsp sweet paprika powder |
| 2 tbsp. | ajvar (or tomato paste) |
| 250 g | cream or cream substitute |
| 500 ml | water |
| A little | oil for frying |
| Optional: | some chopped parsley |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Heat oil in the Frying Pan and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes, then add the peppers and fry briefly.
Step 2 of 5:
Season with salt and sweet paprika, add the ajvar and rice noodles, and deglaze with cream or a cream alternative.
Step 3 of 5:
Top up with water so that everything is well covered and simmer gently over low to medium heat with the Lid on for about 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
Step 4 of 5:
Stir occasionally and add a little more water if needed.
Step 5 of 5:
Optionally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
