Rice noodle stir-fry with peppers and chicken

Ingredients
| 250 g | Rice noodles |
| 250 g | Chicken breast (cut into strips) |
| 1 red bell pepper (finely diced) | |
| 1 level teaspoon of salt | |
| 2 heaped teaspoons of sweet paprika | |
| 2 tbsp | Ajvar (or alternatively tomato paste) |
| 250 g | Cream or cream substitute |
| 500 ml | Water |
| A little oil for frying. | |
| Optional: | some chopped parsley |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Heat oil in a pan and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes, then add the bell peppers and briefly sauté.
Step 2 of 5:
Season with salt and sweet paprika, add ajvar and rice noodles, and deglaze with cream or cream alternative.
Step 3 of 5:
Add water so that everything is well covered and simmer gently over low to medium heat with a lid for about 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
Step 4 of 5:
Stir occasionally and add a little more water if needed.
Step 5 of 5:
Optionally, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
