Ingredients
| 500 g | Pork |
| 3x | Onions |
| Oil for frying | |
| 2 tsp | sweet paprika |
| 1 tsp | Meat or stew seasoning |
| Salt, pepper | |
| 3 tbsp | Tomato paste |
| 400 ml | Vegetable or meat stock |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Peel onions and cut into large pieces.
Step 2 of 5:
Heat oil in a Dutch oven or deep pan and sear the meat on all sides.
Step 3 of 5:
Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
Step 4 of 5:
Season everything, add tomato paste, and sauté.
Step 5 of 5:
Deglaze with stock and simmer over medium heat for 60 minutes.
