Ingredients
| 500 g | pork |
| 3x | onions |
| oil for frying | |
| 2 tsp. | sweet paprika |
| 1 tsp. | meat or ragout seasoning |
| salt, pepper | |
| 3 tbsp. | tomato paste |
| 400 ml | vegetable or roasting stock |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Peel the onions and cut them into coarse pieces.
Step 2 of 5:
Heat the oil in a roasting pan or a deep Frying Pan and sear the meat all over at high heat.
Step 3 of 5:
Add the onions and fry until golden brown.
Step 4 of 5:
Season everything, add the tomato paste, and cook briefly.
Step 5 of 5:
Deglaze with stock and braise over medium heat for 60 minutes.
