Quark spaetzle

Ingredients
| 250g | Flour |
| 250g | Quark (40%) |
| 4 eggs | |
| 1 | Shot of mineral water |
| 1 | Pinch of salt |
Instructions
Step 1 of 3:
Mix all ingredients together to form a thick batter.
Step 2 of 3:
Press the batter through a spaetzle maker or press into a pot of boiling salted water.
Step 3 of 3:
Once the spaetzle float to the top, scoop them out. Toss in butter and enjoy.
