Boiled potatoes with spring quark

Ingredients
| 1 kg | Firm-cooking potatoes |
| 1 bunch of radishes | |
| 750 g | Low-fat quark |
| 1/2 bunch | spring onions |
| 1 clove of garlic, pressed | |
| 1 bunch | chives |
| 1 bunch | flat-leaf parsley |
| 1 bed | Cress |
| 1 tbsp | Honey |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 3-4 tbsp | Mineral water |
| 1/2 tsp | Paprika powder |
| Salt & Pepper | |
| Also: Leaf salad, herb dressing |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Wash the potatoes and place them in the steam basket. Fill the pot with water up to the min. mark and steam for 5-8 minutes on level 3 (depending on the size of the potatoes).
Step 2 of 4:
Finely chop the spring onions into rings, finely chop the radishes (except for 4-5 pieces), and roughly chop the chives and parsley.
Step 3 of 4:
Whip the quark with mineral water, honey, lemon juice, and paprika powder. Add the herbs and onions and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4 of 4:
Serve the potatoes with quark. If desired, enjoy with a green salad and the remaining radishes.
