Ingredients
| 600 g | Pork tenderloin |
| 3 | Onions |
| 200 g | Cream cheese with herbs of Provence |
| 180 ml | Water |
| Salt, pepper | |
| A little oil for frying. | |
| Optional | finely chopped fresh parsley |
Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat).
Step 2 of 6:
Sear the pork tenderloin on both sides in a little oil (approx. 2 minutes per side) and season with salt and pepper. Then remove from the pan.
Step 3 of 6:
Sauté the onions, cut into half-rings, for 2-3 minutes, deglaze with water, and bring to a brief boil. This will dissolve the roasted particles from the pan bottom and give the sauce a good flavor.
Step 4 of 6:
Stir in the cream cheese and let simmer gently for 2 minutes. Then season with a little salt and pepper.
Step 5 of 6:
Cut the tenderloin into medallions. Return them to the pan, pour some of the sauce over them, and let them finish cooking in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 6 of 6:
Potatoes or rice are suitable as a side dish.
