Pizza soup

Autumn is soup season, and let's get started with this delicious party soup from @sandraskochblog, prepared with pots from our Original Professional Collection® .

Ingredients

500 g Ground beef
1x Onion
1 jar pickled peppers (drained weight 320g)
1 small can corn
700 ml passata
250 ml Water
200 g Cream
200 g Processed cheese
1 tsp each of oregano, basil, and vegetable broth powder
Salt, pepper
A little oil for frying

Instructions

Step 1 of 3:

 

Crumble the ground meat in a little oil and fry until crumbly, briefly fry the finely chopped onion as well. Then add the spices.

Step 2 of 3:

 

Drain the bell peppers and corn and add them to the pot, stirring in all other ingredients.

Step 3 of 3:

 

Let the soup simmer gently for about 15 minutes, then season again with the spices.
