400g Pasta
100g Zwiebeln
3 Zehen Knoblauch
1 Chilli oder 1 EL Samba Oelek
1 Dose gehackte Tomaten
30 g Tomatenmark
1 Prise Zucker
800 ml Gemüsebrühe
Etwas Salz, Pfeffer
Etwas Käse

Instructions

Step 1 of 6:

 

Sauté onions and garlic in oil. Add tomato paste and roast.

Step 2 of 6:

 

Add chili or Samba Oelek, sugar, and tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3 of 6:

 

Add the noodles and vegetable broth.

Step 4 of 6:

 

Close the pressure cooker with the lid. Set cooking level to 3. As soon as the yellow ring appears, reduce the heat. When the green ring appears, the cooking time of 5 minutes begins.

Step 5 of 6:

 

Remove the pressure cooker from the heat and let it steam off.

Step 6 of 6:

 

Serve with cheese.
