Pasta Burrata in tomato sauce

Ingredients
| 250 g | Pasta of your choice |
| 200 g | Cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 1 | Finely chopped garlic clove |
| Plenty of fresh basil | |
| 4 tbsp | tomato paste |
| 2 tbsp | Olive oil |
| Approx. 1 ladle of pasta water. | |
| Salt and pepper | |
| 1 | Burrata |
Instructions
Step 1 of 3:
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
Step 2 of 3:
For this, sauté garlic, tomatoes, basil, and tomato paste in 1 tbsp oil, add about a ladleful of pasta water, and season with salt and pepper. Let it reduce slightly, then add the cooked pasta directly from the pot to the pan and stir in a few basil leaves.
Step 3 of 3:
Top with burrata, drizzle with another 1 tbsp olive oil, mix, and enjoy.
