Pasta Bruschetta

Ingredients
| 250 g | Spaghetti |
| 2 good handfuls of aromatic cherry tomatoes | |
| 2 cloves of garlic | |
| 2 slices of bread of your choice (traditionally white bread, here dark bread) | |
| 1 good handful | fresh basil leaves |
| 2 tsp | dried herbs (oregano and marjoram) |
| Salt, pepper | |
| approx. 4-5 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Finely dice the bread, mince or finely chop the garlic, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and roughly chop the basil.
Step 2 of 5:
Put the pasta water on to boil and add the spaghetti to the pot.
Step 3 of 5:
Heat some of the oil in the pan and toast the bread in it, then briefly sauté the garlic.
Step 4 of 5:
Turn off the heat, add the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, spices, and fresh basil to the pan and mix.
Step 5 of 5:
Do not drain the finished pasta; instead, add it directly from the pot to the pan. Optionally, add a little more olive oil, mix everything well, and your summery pasta dish is ready.
