Ingredients
| 250 g | spaghetti |
| 2 generous handfuls | aromatic cherry tomatoes |
| 2 | garlic cloves |
| 2 slices | bread of your choice (traditionally white bread, here with dark bread) |
| 1 generous handful | fresh basil leaves |
| 2 tsp. | dried herbs (oregano and marjoram) |
| salt, pepper | |
| approx. 4-5 tbsp. | olive oil |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Finely dice the bread, crush or finely chop the garlic, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and roughly chop the basil.
Step 2 of 5:
Bring the pasta water to a boil and add the spaghetti to the pot.
Step 3 of 5:
Heat some of the oil in the Frying Pan and toast the bread in it, then briefly toast the garlic as well.
Step 4 of 5:
Turn off the heat, add the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, spices, and fresh basil to the Frying Pan, and mix everything together.
Step 5 of 5:
Do not drain the finished pasta; instead, transfer it straight from the pot to the Frying Pan. If you like, drizzle a little more olive oil over the top, mix everything well, and your summery pasta dish is ready.
