Party soup Farmer's stew

In collaboration with @sandraskochblog, we've already shown you two party soups: gyro soup and pizza soup. Today, we've brought you a delicious farmer's stew, which can also be prepared in advance and reheated. This dish was prepared using pots from our Original-Profi Collection®. .

Ingredients

500 g Minced beef
1 Onion
One red, one yellow, one green bell pepper each
800 g Potatoes
1 Can of corn
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Mustard
400 g chopped tomatoes
Approximately 1.2 liters of vegetable broth.
150 g Crème Fraiche
1 tsp salt
3 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
4 Sausages of your choice (here Mettwurst & Cabanossi)
Some oil for frying

Instructions

Step 1 of 5:

 

Chop the onion, dice the bell pepper, peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. 

Step 2 of 5:

 

Take a large enough pot and fry the ground meat in a little oil until crumbly. Add the onions, bell pepper, and potatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.

Step 3 of 5:

 

Stir in the spices, tomato paste, and mustard, then deglaze everything with the chopped tomatoes and broth.

Step 4 of 5:

 

Simmer gently with a lid for about 30-40 minutes until the vegetables are tender, then add the corn and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.

Step 5 of 5:

 

Remove the soup from the heat and stir in the sausages and crème fraîche, then season again with spices and serve.
