Ingredients
| 350 g | ground beef |
| half a | cauliflower |
| 2 tbsp. | Parmesan cheese |
| garlic, onions, basil powder, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Heat olive oil in a Levital+® Frying Pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté, then set aside to cool.
Step 2 of 4:
Combine the ground beef and spices in a large bowl and shape into evenly sized meatballs.
Step 3 of 4:
Blanch the cauliflower in boiling water until tender, then shock it in an ice bath. Drain well. Cut into slices about 1 cm thick and toss with olive oil and salt.
Step 4 of 4:
Add the cauliflower to the Frying Pan and fry over high heat until golden brown. Arrange the cauliflower and meatballs on a plate. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Fissler Pro Tips:
- When frying the meatballs, turn them with a spatula so they cook evenly.
- If too much oil is used to sauté the onions and garlic, they will not mix well with the meat.
