Ingredients
| 350 g | Minced beef |
| half a cauliflower | |
| 2 tbsp | Parmesan cheese |
| Garlic, onions, basil powder, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Heat olive oil in a Levital+® pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté and set aside to cool.
Step 2 of 4:
Combine ground beef and spices in a large bowl and form into evenly sized meatballs.
Step 3 of 4:
Blanch cauliflower in boiling water until tender and shock in an ice bath. Drain. Cut into approximately 1 cm slices and toss in olive oil and salt.
Step 4 of 4:
Add the cauliflower to the pan and fry over high heat until golden brown. Arrange cauliflower and meatballs on a plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Fissler Pro Tips:
- When frying the meatballs, use a spatula to turn them so they cook evenly.
- If too much oil is used to sauté the onions and garlic, they will not mix well with the meat.
