Ingredients
| 600g | Potatoes, peeled and finely diced |
| 2 tbsp | oil |
| 250g | Minced beef |
| 1 | Onions, chopped |
| 250g | Pointed peppers, finely striped |
| 250ml | passata |
| 250ml | Water |

| 1 tbsp | tomato paste |
| 1 pinch | sugar |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | Paprika powder |
| 1 | Laurel leaf |
| Pepper | |
| Fresh herbs after cooking |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Fry the diced potatoes until crispy.
Step 2 of 4:
Sear the ground meat in a pot and add the onions, tomato paste, and a pinch of sugar (fry for 2 minutes).
Step 3 of 4:
Now deglaze everything with water and strained tomatoes, add all remaining ingredients, and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4 of 4:
Add the diced potatoes and let everything simmer for another 5 minutes.
