Ingredients
| 250 g | Minced beef |
| 1 | finely chopped onion |
| 500 g | passata (strained tomatoes) |
| 350 ml | Water |
| A good pinch of salt, pepper, and a little sugar. | |
| 2 tsp | oregano, 1 tsp vegetable stock powder |
| 7 | Lasagna sheets without pre-cooking |
| 100 g | grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 pair of fresh basil leaves | |
| Some oil for frying. |
Instructions
<p><strong>Step 1 of 4:</strong></p>

<p>Fry the ground beef and onions and season with a little salt and pepper.</p>
<p><strong>Step 2 of 4:</strong></p>

<p>Add the strained tomatoes and water, the remaining spices, and the crushed lasagna sheets and simmer gently with a lid for about 15 minutes.</p>
<p><strong>Step 3 of 4:</strong></p>

<p>Stir occasionally.</p>

<p>Then sprinkle on the Parmesan and basil and continue to simmer until melted.</p>
