Pan-fried dish with fresh salmon, dill and zucchini

Ingredients
| 250 g | fresh salmon fillet |
| 2x | Zucchinis |
| 1 pack | Soy Cuisine |
| 150 ml | Vegetable broth |
| 1x | red onion |
| Dill | |
| Pepper, salt, lemon pepper or the juice of half a lemon |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cut the salmon into pieces and sear in the Frying Pan. Then set aside.
Step 2 of 5:
Dice the onion and sear in the Frying Pan. Cut the courgette into strips and add.
Step 3 of 5:
Deglaze everything with the vegetable stock. Add soy cream and bring everything briefly to the boil.
Step 4 of 5:
Season with pepper, salt, lemon, and dill to taste.
Step 5 of 5:
Serve with crispbread and enjoy!
