Pan-fried dish with fresh salmon, dill and zucchini

Ingredients
| 250 g | fresh salmon fillet |
| 2x | Zucchinis |
| 1 pack | Soy Cuisine |
| 150 ml | Vegetable broth |
| 1x | red onion |
| Dill | |
| Pepper, salt, lemon pepper or the juice of half a lemon |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cut salmon into pieces and fry in a pan. Then set aside.
Step 2 of 5:
Dice onion and fry in the pan. Cut zucchini into strips and add.
Step 3 of 5:
Deglaze everything with vegetable broth. Add soy cream and bring everything to a boil briefly.
Step 4 of 5:
Season and taste with pepper, salt, lemon, and dill.
Step 5 of 5:
Serve with crunchy crispbread and enjoy!
