Ingredients
| 1 tsp | coconut oil |
| 3 | Chili peppers |
| 1 cm | Ginger |
| 1 bunch of spring onions | |
| 2 cloves of garlic | |
| 2 | Carrots |
| 1 | Peppers |
| 200 g | Tofu |
| 250 g | Rice noodles |
| 150 ml | Water |
| For the sauce: | |
| 100 ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 tbsp | Tamarind Paste |
| 1 tbsp | Date syrup |
| 2 tsp | tomato paste |
| 1 tbsp | Sesame seeds |
| 1 | Lime |
| Toppings: | |
| Salted peanuts, fresh coriander, lime, chili flakes |
Instructions
Step 1 of 7:
Sauté chili peppers, ginger, spring onions & garlic on the Novogrill® griddle in coconut oil for 3 min
Step 2 of 7:
Dice carrots, bell peppers & tofu, add everything and sear at high heat for 5 min to develop delicious roasted aromas
Step 3 of 7:
Mix the ingredients for the sauce, then deglaze the vegetables with half of the sauce
Step 4 of 7:
Add uncooked rice noodles, then pour over the remaining sauce & 150 ml of water
Step 5 of 7:
Close the lid and set cooking level to 1. As soon as the green ring appears, the 5-minute cooking time begins. Then let the Vitavit® Premium steam out
Step 6 of 7:
Finally, stir everything briefly again
Step 7 of 7:
Enjoy with toppings!
