One-pot pasta with herbed cream cheese

Ingredients

250g Pasta (here Gemelli)
700ml Vegetable broth
150g Herb Cream Cheese
300g-400g Frozen Broccoli
Optional 1 clove of garlic
250g Cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp Herb butter seasoning/alternatively Italian herbs
Optional spring onion as a topping

Instructions

Step 1 of 5:

 

Bring vegetable broth to a boil and add pasta.

Step 2 of 5:

 

Add frozen broccoli (chopped slightly if necessary) and optional pressed garlic, put on the lid, turn down the heat, and continue to simmer until the pasta is al dente (approx. 10 min.).

Step 3 of 5:

 

 Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes.

Step 4 of 5:

 

When the pasta is al dente: Stir in cream cheese, spices, and cherry tomatoes and let it steep for 2-3 minutes (remove pot from heat).

Step 5 of 5:

 

Season with salt & pepper and top with spring onions if desired.
