One-pot pasta with herbed cream cheese

Ingredients
| 250g | Pasta (here Gemelli) |
| 700ml | Vegetable broth |
| 150g | Herb Cream Cheese |
| 300g-400g | Frozen Broccoli |
| Optional 1 clove of garlic | |
| 250g | Cherry tomatoes |
| Salt and pepper | |
| 1/2 tsp | Herb butter seasoning/alternatively Italian herbs |
| Optional spring onion as a topping |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Bring vegetable broth to a boil and add pasta.
Step 2 of 5:
Add frozen broccoli (chopped slightly if necessary) and optional pressed garlic, put on the lid, turn down the heat, and continue to simmer until the pasta is al dente (approx. 10 min.).
Step 3 of 5:
Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 4 of 5:
When the pasta is al dente: Stir in cream cheese, spices, and cherry tomatoes and let it steep for 2-3 minutes (remove pot from heat).
Step 5 of 5:
Season with salt & pepper and top with spring onions if desired.
