Ingredients
| 2 stalks | Leeks |
| 1 tsp | oil |
| 400 g | Minced beef |
| 700 ml | Vegetable broth |
| 200 g | uncooked rice here: long grain rice |
| 200 g | Processed cheese |
| Salt, pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Clean the leek and cut it into rings. Heat oil in a Frying Pan and fry the ground meat in it until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2 of 4:
Add the leek and fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 3 of 4:
Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Add the uncooked rice and simmer, covered, over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally and add more water if needed. The amount of water and cooking time depend on the type of rice.
Step 4 of 4:
Finally, stir in the processed cheese and serve.
