Today we have a delicious one-pot gnocchi recipe from @sandraskochblog for you - One Pot Gnocchi “Bolo Style”. This tasty creation was prepared with the Adamant® Comfort Frying Pan.

Ingredients

500 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
250 g minced beef or tartare
1 small onion
250 g cream or cream substitute
4 tbsp. tomato paste
1 handful cherry tomatoes
1 level tsp. salt
2 tsp. vegetable stock powder
300 ml water
1 handful fresh basil
25 g grated Parmesan
a little oil for frying

Instructions

Finely chop the onion. Brown the ground beef in a little oil until crumbly, add the onion and briefly sauté.
