One Pot Gnocchi “Bolo Style”

Today I have a delicious one-pot gnocchi recipe for you from @sandraskochblog - One-Pot Gnocchi "Bolo Style". This tasty creation was prepared using the Adamant® Comfort Pan. .

Ingredients

500 g Gnocchi from the refrigerated section
250 g Minced beef or beef tartare
1 small onion
250 g Cream or cream substitute
4 tbsp Tomato paste
1 handful cherry tomatoes
1 level teaspoon of salt
2 tsp Vegetable stock powder
300 ml Water
1 handful fresh basil
25 g grated Parmesan
Some oil for frying

Instructions

Step 1 of 4: 

 

Finely chop the onion. Brown the ground beef in a little oil until crumbly, add the onion and briefly sauté.

Stir in the tomato paste and spices, and deglaze with water.
