One Pot Gnocchi “Bolo Style”

Ingredients
| 500 g | gnocchi from the refrigerated section |
| 250 g | minced beef or tartare |
| 1 | small onion |
| 250 g | cream or cream substitute |
| 4 tbsp. | tomato paste |
| 1 handful | cherry tomatoes |
| 1 level tsp. | salt |
| 2 tsp. | vegetable stock powder |
| 300 ml | water |
| 1 handful | fresh basil |
| 25 g | grated Parmesan |
| a little oil for frying |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Finely chop the onion. Brown the ground beef in a little oil until crumbly, add the onion and briefly sauté.
Step 2 of 4:
Stir in the tomato paste and spices, and deglaze with water.
Step 3 of 4:
Stir in the tomato paste and spices, and deglaze with water.

Finally, stir in the basil and Parmesan, and you can enjoy your delicious dish.
