Niçoise Salad
This French recipe comes from @voll_korn and can be easily prepared using the Vitavit® Premium pressure cooker.

Ingredients
| 6 | Early potatoes |
| 6 | eggs |
| 200 g | Green beans |
| 200 g | Cherry Tomatoes |
| 1 can | Tuna in its own juice |
| 1 head of romaine lettuce | |
| ½ | Snake cucumber |
| 100 g | Kalamata Olives |
| 6 | Radishes |
| 3 tbsp | Capers |
| 1 | red onion |
| 3 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 tsp | Dijon mustard |
| 1 | Orange |
| ½ | lemon |
| Salt, pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Place potatoes in the steam insert. Fill the pressure cooker with 250 ml of water, place the steam insert into the pressure cooker. Close the pressure cooker and set to cooking level 3. When the green ring appears, cook potatoes for 6-8 minutes depending on size. Remove the pressure cooker from the heat, let it steam out, and open.
Step 2 of 5:
Proceed in the same way with green beans and eggs. Cook green beans for 6 minutes at cooking level 2, then rinse in cold water. Eggs – 5 minutes at cooking level 3.
Step 3 of 5:
Cut potatoes, tear lettuce into pieces, halve tomatoes and eggs, quarter or slice radishes, cut cucumber into large pieces, and slice onion into rings.
Step 4 of 5:
For the dressing, juice the orange and lemon. Whisk olive oil with orange juice, lemon juice, and mustard, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5 of 5:
Arrange salad on plates. Distribute other ingredients on top, drizzle with dressing, and serve.
