Marinated nori prawns coated in Parmesan cheese

Ingredients
| 1 sheet | nori seaweed (from the Asian store) |
| 2 | cloves of garlic |
| 2 cm | fresh ginger |
| ½ | red chili |
| 50 g | Parmesan, in one piece |
| 3 tbsp. | soy sauce |
| 3 tbsp. | fish sauce |
| 250 g | organic shrimp (peeled, with tail) |
| 50 g | cornmeal |
| 2 | eggs |
| 2 tbsp. | frying oil |
| salt |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cut the nori sheet into strips 2 cm wide and 5 cm long. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Peel and grate the ginger. Deseed the chilli and dice finely. Finely grate the Parmesan.
Step 2 of 5:
Mix half of the garlic with the ginger, chilli, and the two sauces. Marinate the prawns in the mixture for about 10 minutes.
Step 3 of 5:
Meanwhile, beat the eggs and mix with the Parmesan, the remaining garlic, and a little salt.
Step 4 of 5:
Then wrap each prawn with a strip of nori sheet and coat in the cornflour.
Step 5 of 5:
Heat the frying oil in a non-stick Frying Pan. Then dip the prawns in the Parmesan and egg mixture. Fry in the hot oil for about 2 minutes on both sides. Serve with a salad of crunchy sprouts and a light vinaigrette.
