Ingredients
| 1 sheet | Nori seaweed (from the Asian market) |
| 2 cloves of garlic | |
| 2 cm | Fresh ginger |
| ½ | Red pepperoni |
| 50 g | Parmesan, in one piece |
| 3 tbsp | Soy sauce |
| 3 tbsp | Fish sauce |
| 250 g | Organic prawns (peeled, with tail) |
| 50 g | Cornflour |
| 2 eggs | |
| 2 tbsp | frying oil |
| Salt |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cut the nori sheet into 2 cm wide and 5 cm long strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel and grate the ginger. Deseed and finely dice the chili pepper. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese.
Step 2 of 5:
Mix half of the garlic with ginger, chili pepper, and the two sauces. Marinate the shrimp in the mixture for about 10 minutes.
Step 3 of 5:
Meanwhile, whisk the eggs and mix with the Parmesan cheese, the remaining garlic, and a little salt.
Step 4 of 5:
Then wrap each shrimp with a strip of nori sheet and dredge in the cornmeal.
Step 5 of 5:
Heat the frying oil in a sealed pan. Then dip the shrimp into the Parmesan-egg mixture. Fry in the hot oil for about 2 minutes on both sides. Serve with a salad of crisp sprouts and a light vinaigrette.
