Kohlrabi pan

Ingredients
| 200g | potatoes (floury) |
| 2 | small kohlrabi |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | zucchini |
| 400g | ground beef |
| 400ml | vegetable stock |
| 250ml | cream |
| A little | oil for the Frying Pan |
| fresh parsley | |
| salt & pepper | |
| 1 tsp | flour to thicken the sauce |
Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
Dice the onion finely and saute it in a little oil in the Frying Pan.
Step 2 of 6:
Add the minced meat and brown it.
Step 3 of 6:
Peel the potatoes and dice them into small cubes with the kohlrabi. Add the cubes one after another and brown them in the Frying Pan as well.
Step 4 of 6:
Dice the courgette and add it last.
Step 5 of 6:
Deglaze everything with the vegetable stock and the cream, then let it simmer over medium heat.
Step 6 of 6:
Finely chop the fresh parsley and add it to the Frying Pan. Season everything with salt and pepper and serve. If needed, thicken the sauce slightly with a teaspoon of flour.
