Kohlrabi pan

Ingredients
| 200g | Potatoes (floury) |
| 2 small kohlrabi | |
| 1 | Onion |
| 1 | Zucchini |
| 400g | Minced beef |
| 400ml | Vegetable stock |
| 250ml | Cream |
| Some oil for the pan. | |
| Fresh parsley | |
| Salt & Pepper | |
| 1 tsp | flour to thicken the sauce |
Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
Finely dice the onion and sauté it in a little oil in the pan.
Step 2 of 6:
Add the ground meat and brown it.
Step 3 of 6:
Peel the potatoes and dice them and the kohlrabi into small cubes. Add the cubes one after another and also brown them in the pan.
Step 4 of 6:
Dice the zucchini and add it last.
Step 5 of 6:
Deglaze everything with the vegetable broth and cream and let it simmer over medium heat.
Step 6 of 6:
Finely chop the fresh parsley and add it to the pan. Season everything with salt and pepper and serve. If necessary, thicken the sauce slightly with a teaspoon of flour.
