Kiba Milkshake

This milkshake recipe comes from @tinastausendschoen. The cherries were juiced in the Vitavit® Premium pressure cooker.

Ingredients

500 ml Milk
100 ml Cherry juice (preparation see above)
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream each
1 ripe banana, in pieces
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Whipped cream as needed

Instructions

Step 1 of 7:

 

Blend milk with banana, vanilla ice cream, and vanilla sugar; add cherry juice. Top with whipped cream.

Step 2 of 7:

 

Fill pressure cooker with a minimum amount of water (min. marking).

Step 3 of 7:

 

Place cherries in the perforated insert. Place the tripod in the pressure cooker and position the insert on top. 

Step 4 of 7:

 

Set the cooking crown to the highest level (level 3) and heat the pot over maximum stove power. 

Step 5 of 7:

 

Reduce heat as soon as the yellow ring appears. The cooking time of 15 minutes begins, but varies depending on the quantity and consistency of the ingredients. 

Step 6 of 7:

 

After the cooking time is up, release steam from the pot, remove the insert, and pour out the cherry juice for further use. 

Step 7 of 7:

 

Blend milk with banana, vanilla ice cream, and vanilla sugar. Add cooled cherry juice and top with cream.
