Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
First, soak the chickpeas in water for 24 hours, then drain the water.
Step 2 of 6:
Place the chickpeas and a small amount of water in the pressure cooker, see the "Min" marking inside the pot. Close the lid, set cooking level 1, and heat the cooker. Reduce the heat as soon as the yellow ring appears. The 20-minute cooking time starts now.

After the cooking time, release the pressure using the valve or the handle and open the lid.

As soon as the chickpea mixture has cooled slightly, puree it and mix it with the remaining ingredients.
